Traditional leadership will not cut it, rapid shifts require iterative culture. Our H4E Method has been used by government agencies, non profits and startups, and it is designed to help your team iterate and transform just in time.
Restore-A-Thons are created to restore ecosystems globally with a focus on bioregional action, and entail bringing together innovators and experts in the field to develop specific projects, such as technology and data-driven solutions, to help restore ecosystems, all in a contained timeframe. Our goal is to develop innovative, cost-effective and regenerative solutions that can be implemented in bioregions around the world, with the aim of improving their biodiversity, restoring ecosystem health, and strengthening local resilience.
We use the DARPA model for innovation, focused on bioregional ecoactivist organizing, some refer to us as Regenerative DARPA. This model includes:
-Ambitious goals
-Temporary project teams.
-Independence
Restore-A-Thons can be deployed for social impact initiatives that aren't ecological at their core, like ending Mass Incarceration in the US, solving global homelessness, and empowering individuals who are typically disempowered in our oligarchical world.
